Shipping & Return Policy

In order to effectively deepen and maintain our continued dedication to our customers, we kindly ask to fully read and understand our Shipping, Delivery and Refund/Exchange terms

Our products are processed and shipped between 1 to 3 business days of order confirmation. 

Our return/refund policy consists of 14 (fourteen) days to request a return/refund, counting from the date marked as delivered, strictly in case of product that arrived damaged, defective or for a size exchange. 

If any item in your order is defective or missing, please send us an email immediately at mydeluxegoods@gmail.com with your order details and we will contact you soon as possible.

If your request is approved, you will be provided a refund as store credit, through MY DELUXE GOODS gift card, up to 10 (ten) business days from approval.

In case of clothing exchange due sizing, contact us for a request and after the item is returned, a store credit will be provided so you can proceed with a new order.

Orders cannot be altered/changed after being purchased.

If you need to change the address or alter any information given or missing, you will need to cancel and proceed with a new order.

 

MY DELUXE GOODS has the discretion and reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse and/or reject orders and or returns from any customer/entity due:

  • Irregular or excessive returns history that indicates “wardrobing” practice
  • History of returns involving items claimed as damaged, but with signs of wear, use, alteration and/or laundered.
  • Sale/Discounted/Custom/Personalized items are final and cannot be returned/refunded
  • Returned items must have tags on and be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have absolute no visible signs of wear or use

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages are the responsibility of the buyer. Mail carrier failures are not at the fault of MDG nor do they reflect the level of dedication we have to our customers.
